Weddings, Baptisms & Memorial Services
Thank you for your interest in celebrating your wedding at the Armenian Church of St. Gregory the Illuminator Singapore, Singapore's oldest Church. The Armenian Church is a National Monument surrounded by beautiful natural gardens, and is located in the heart of Singapore within walking distance from the Registry of Marriages and next to many fine hotels.
We typically allow two weddings per day - a morning wedding from 9am to 1pm and an afternoon wedding from 2pm to 6pm. The Church comfortably seats approximately 100 guests, while the newly designed Community Centre & Reception Hall provides space for up to 100 guests for an elegant indoor reception. For those seeking an alfresco experience, the garden offers a beautiful setting for outdoor gatherings that can accommodate a larger group. We welcome all Christian denominations, but do not have a resident priest/pastor to conduct the ceremony; you will therefore need to procure the priest on your own.
A donation is requested for all weddings, baptisms and memorial services. The donation is for use of the Church only, and includes permission to hold a small reception with food or drink (at your discretion and cost) after the ceremony on the Church grounds.
The Church is open daily from 10am to 6pm - please feel free to visit the grounds at any time during opening hours. We do not allow tentative bookings - dates will be confirmed only upon receipt of a donation & deposit in full.
